CLICK HERE TO JOIN US IN RICHMOND ON FRIDAY at 8:30pm… As you know, energy production is a vital part of Virginia's economy.  Over half of our electricity in the Commonwealth is generated from coal and nearly 30,000 Virginians depend on the industry for jobs.  Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli already signed our "No Climate Tax" pledge – a promise to Virginia taxpayers, and to the American people, that he will oppose any legislation relating to climate change that includes a net increase in government revenue.  However, Terry McAuliffe has not yet signed the pledge.  On Friday night, you'll have a chance to put grassroots pressure on McAuliffe by sending him a postcard that respectfully urges him to sign the "No Climate Tax" pledge and assure Virginia families that their jobs won't be lost and their utility bills won't go up.  Also, we're going to highlight our "Liberty Lab" where we've identified over 500,000 unregistered Virginians -- our plan is to register 10,000 of those voters right in your neighborhood.  Of course, in addition to this great lineup, we'll have desserts and free drinks.
