TWO ITEMS OF IMPORTANCE

1.  The pre-file for delegates to the convention in May has begun.  The deadline for submission is March 4, 2013.  That gives us about 4 weeks to sign as many delegates to the convention as possible.  If you signed the sheet at our meetings to be a delegate, I will be getting in touch with you over the next few days in order to get the pre-file completed.  If you did not sign up but wish to register please contact me.  804-334-7697.  This will be a very important process and your participation is crucial to the outcome.  Please do not underestimate your voice at this convention.  If you have any questions regarding the convention I will be happy to address them as well. 2.  The special meeting for Feb. 25 was cancelled to due a scheduling conflict but we are working on an alternative date and it will be sent out as soon as possible.  Sorry for any inconvenience. The February 11 meeting will be held as scheduled.
