TOMORROW: The Strategy to Defend Marriage

The National Emergency Coalition
Tomorrow's NEC Conference Call:
The Strategy To Defend Marriage

Del. Bob Marshall
Fellow Patriots,

Traditional marriage has been struck another major blow by an out-of-control federal judiciary.   Last Thursday, U.S. District Court Judge Arenda L. Wright

Allen, in Norfolk, VA struck down the Virginia Marriage Amendment.

Tomorrow we have several experts

to talk about this critical issue and what

we can do to protect traditional marriage

Brian Brown

in Virginia and the Nation.   We can't just talk about this, we need to act

and that is what this call is going to be about, ACTION!

Our guests include Del. Bob Marshall of Virginia, one of the original authors and sponsors of the Virginia Marriage Amendment - also known as the

Marshall-Newman Amendment; Brian Brown of the National Organization for Marriage and Victoria Cobb of the

Virginia Family Foundation.

If we concede now, the battle will be lost and marriage as we know it will face utter destruction.   Join us tomorrow at 12noon, and take a STAND for biblical marriage!

The conference call number is 712-432-0900, and the access code is 199176#.   Talk to you tomorrow!

For God and Country,

LEGAL DISCLAIMER REGARDING NONPROFIT AFFILIATIONS

Please be advised that the National Emergency Coalition (NEC) is not a formal organization, but a Coalition of individual leaders. It is convened by STAND AMERICA POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE ("STAND AMERICA PAC"). The weekly conference calls held under the NEC banner are primarily for purposes of information and political strategizing on the advancement of certain principles and not the endorsement of or opposition to particular candidates. However, at times there are discussions which involve lobbying, recommendations for political and electoral activity and expressions of support for or opposition to particular elected officials based on their policies. Individual participants have full latitude to lobby on any policy or to endorse or oppose any candidate or elected official. However, nonprofit organizations are circumscribed by the Internal Revenue Code and related rules and regulations regarding activity of organizations tax exempt under IRC Sections 501(C)(3) and (C)(4). NEC is a coalition of individuals only. Listing organizational affiliations on NEC notices is strictly for purposes of identifying individuals and in no way implies - nor does NEC require or accept - the participation of any nonprofit organization in political activity or contributions in violation of any IRS rules. The general rule is that nonprofit organizations may not endorse or oppose candidates and may not engage in a "substantial" amount of lobbying or political activity. Nonprofit organizations should consult with an attorney or accountant for specifics to assure compliance.
