Many of our local Republican GOP Conventions, Canvasses, Mass Meetings, etc. are listed below. But to be involved in a number of these contests you'll need to prefile through your local city or county GOP committee. * NOVA GOP PAC ANTI-TAX RALLY - APRIL 8 - You might have thought that last year's big tax increases coming out of DC and Richmond would have satiated those who yearn for big government. No, they are still at it this year and there was even another tax hike preapproved for 2015 tucked into the 2013 Transportation Tax Hike legislation. Wow. But the battle for economic liberty, lower taxes and limited, constitutional government is not just at the national and state level, but county by county and city by city. Please save the date and plan to join us on April 8th at an anti-tax rally in front of the Fairfax County Government Center from 6-7 PM at the start of the County's budget hearings. Even though the rally is in Fairfax, taxpayers from all localities are invited to this NOVA-wide rally.
