In Liberty, Mike Sawyer www.chesterpatriots.ning.com   Did you know that the Board of Supervisors will set the advertised real estate tax at their next meeting on Wednesday February 12th?  The County Budget Director wants to hike your tax rate 4.5% to 99.5 cents for every $100 of assessed value of your house.  That is on top of the average 2% increase in your assessed value.  For my family it means a $350 increase in my annual tax bill or an 11% increase. Where does your supervisor stand? Are they in your corner or the budget director's corner?
