Dear DeWitt,The following article has a graph visually confirms what Marty wrote. According to satellite measurements starting about 1993 sea levels were rising at a rate of 3 mm/year, about 12 inches per century until they hit a "pothole" and fell.Ken HaapalaNASA satellites detect pothole on road to higher seasGlobal Sea Level Drops 6 mm in 2010By Alan Buis, Physorg, Aug 24, 2011From: Martin J Mangino/FS/VCU [mailto:mjmangino@vcu.edu]

Subject: Re: Fw: Property rights legislation to oppose ASAPChesapeake bay may be rising (relatively) at 2.5 mm/yr or 22 cm by the year 2100. This is 8 1/2 inches, far less than the 2-5 feet estimate from below ("WHEREAS, scientists predict an additional 2.3 to 5.2 feet of relative sea-level rise in the Chesapeake Bay region by 2100; " ). I attached a detailed study from the Virginia Institute of Marine Sciences with lots of data. I'm sure there are others too. Everyone seems to agree on 1-3 mm/yr sea level rise in the last century with lots of variability geographically due to local Subsidence, Emergence, and other factors.

Subject: Fw: Property rights legislation to oppose ASAP
Good morning gentlemen,
The data provided in our global warming meeting in Mathews a few weeks ago revealed that the sea level rise predicted in the information below is fraudulent. We constantly see legislative decisions made on fraudulent information like this. It is a real challenge for the average citizen to stay on top of the many things coming at us today because of Agenda 21 policies being implemented through various federal agencies intent of taking away our property rights. I fear that if we fail to reverse this the sovereignty of America will soon disappear.
Can you provide me with data I can pass on the legislators so they might understand that the data provided them is based on faulty computer models. It is my understanding that much more accurate data is obtained from satellites and shows approximately eight inches of sea level rise over a period of one hundred years.
I greatly appreciate the efforts that all of you make in providing accurate information that exposes the fraud of the United Nations IPCC.

AGENDA 21 ALERT
On the docket for Tuesday, Feb. 21 – Please contact Senators now. There is a similar bill, HJ 50. Neither has met any resistance so they will pass this without blinking if we don't yell loudly. Thank You!
What scientists are predicting this? Where is the data??!!
"WHEREAS, scientists predict an additional 2.3 to 5.2 feet of relative sea-level rise in the Chesapeake Bay region by 2100; "
I can tell you what the strategies will be. Redistribute our wealth to other countries to combat non-existent anthropogenic global warming to combat sea level rises unrelated human activities!!
In conducting its study, the Virginia Institute of Marine Science shall (i) review and develop a comprehensive list of ideas and examples of strategies used in similar settings around the United States and the world; (ii) convene a stakeholder advisory panel for the purpose of discussing and assessing the feasibility of employing these strategies in Tidewater Virginia; and (iii) offer specific recommendations for the detailed investigation of preferred options for adapting to relative sea-level rise.
More wasted tax dollars for more ridiculous studies designed to separate us from our money and control all land and water use.

Dear Patron Northam, Chairman Howell and Committee Members:
As a member of the VA Tea Party Federation Bill Reader Team, we are requesting your input on the studies used in making the following determination:
"WHEREAS, scientists predict an additional 2.3 to 5.2 feet of relative sea-level rise in the Chesapeake Bay region by 2100; "
Could you also please advise us on who will compose the "stakeholder advisory panel"?
In conducting its study, the Virginia Institute of Marine Science shall (i) review and develop a comprehensive list of ideas and examples of strategies used in similar settings around the United States and the world; (ii) convene a stakeholder advisory panel for the purpose of discussing and assessing the feasibility of employing these strategies in Tidewater Virginia; and (iii) offer specific recommendations for the detailed investigation of preferred options for adapting to relative sea-level rise.
Until these queries are satisfied, we sincerely hope that yet another United Nations Agenda 21 bill is not summarily passed by the Committee with more tax-payer dollars squandered.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Catherine Turner
