A message to all members of Chester Patriots
| Attention all members. Please view the attached documents and register to be a delegate in the 4th congressional district. You do not have to pay the filing fee but if you do not your voting could be limited public nominations only and you would not get to vote in state central elections. Also note that you must live in the 4th district to be a delegate in that district. (7th is not an issue at this point). If you would like to be a delegate and can not afford the voluntary fee, please let me know. These are very important positions to fill if we expect to have an impact in future elections.
