HB2313, The transportation bill raises the gas tax to 22.5 cents per gallon and then it will increase every year with inflation.
It allows all Local Governments to impose a sales tax of 1% without a referendum or sunset date!
Please call your delegate and Senator
TELL THEM: "NO NEW TAXES"
TELL THEM: "YOU HAVE A SPENDING PROBLEM, NOT A REVENUE PROBLEM"
TELL THEM: "IT IS TIME TO PRIORITIZE SPENDING - NOT THE TIME TO BE RAISING TAXES!"
LET THEM KNOW: THE DAY HAS ARRIVED - "THEY ARE OUT OF OTHER PEOPLES MONEY"...
Vote NO on the Transportation bill (HB2313) IF IT CONTAINS ANY NEW TAXES!
Please contact the Transportation Conference Committee and tell them NO NEW TAXES!.
