Frank J. Gaffney, Jr. is the Founder and President of the Center for Security Policy and host of the nationally syndicated Secure Freedom Radio. He is an accomplished author who is internationally recognized for both his foreign and defense policy expertise.  Historically he has served as a professional staff member on the Senate Armed Service Committee, served for four years as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Forces and Arms Control Policy, and served as the Chairman of NATO's senior politico-milirary committee.  Mr. Gaffney was appointed as Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy by President Reagan.

 About LEVEL 1 - Foundations in Self Governance

Welcome to the Center for Self Governance.  This Level 1 course is designed to introduce the concepts surrounding self-governance, civic authority and bring everyone up to a common level of knowledge regarding our role in exercising our civic responsibilities and authority.

This course is foundational and will lay the groundwork necessary to successfully implement the lessons learned in future courses. Your workbook is included with your payment.

Prior Level 1 students may audit this class for $10. Please dress comfortably for these long hours of instruction.

Tea Party Victories

  • Tea Partiers helped stop Medicaid expansion in Tennessee. This was important because the Governor of Tennessee is chairman of the Republican Governors Association. An expansion in Tennessee would have meant more momentum for expansion in other states. Because we won, momentum was stopped and Wyoming killed Medicaid expansion a couple days later.
