| SECOND AMENDMENT ENDORSEMENTS FOR DICK BLACK! | ||
 Dick Black received an A+ rating from NRA as a delegate in the General Assembly and is currently endorsed by VCDL (Virginia Citizens Defense League.) Dick Black has continued to receive high marks and endorsements for the 13th State Senate seat. As a defender of the Second Amendment, Dick Black introduced and passed numerous firearms legislation. Dick Black sponsored HB 1516, the Firearms Preemption Act. The Act was the most important firearms measure in the past generation. It invalidated a multitude of anti-gun ordinances across the state and broke the back of the anti-gun movement in Virginia. Dick Black has been endorsed by the owners of C & E Gun shows--the largest gun show operators on the East Coast. It was Dick Black's legislation that allowed C & E to reopen their Chantilly Gun Shows in Fairfax County after they'd been shut down by the county for 25 years.
