Join Michael Farris at a Convention of States Debate in Manassas on August 28

Robert,

This next Thursday, August 28th, Michael Farris, the head of the Convention of States Project, will debate Virginia Delegate Bob Marshall (R-Prince William) on the merits of a Convention of States.

This free, public event will be hosted by the Manassas Tea Party from 7-9 p.m. at Northern Virginia Community College's Colgan Theater. Former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli will serve as moderator.

WHO: Michael Farris Debates Virginia Delegate Bob Marshall, with Ken Cuccinelli as Moderator.

WHAT: Debate on a Convention of States.

WHERE: Northern Virginia Community College's Colgan Theater, 6901 Sudley Road, Manassas, Virginia, 20109.

WHEN: Thursday, August 29th, 7-9pm.

If you live in the northern Virginia area, you don't want to miss this important debate.

Delegate Marshall is a good man, but his reasons for opposing our effort to invoke Article V are based on an incorrect understanding of constitutional history and unfounded fears about hypothetical "runaway" convention that never has and never will happen.

The Convention of States team is committed to restoring constitutional governance and individual liberty to our great nation using the process that the Founders gave us in Article V of the Constitution.

Please join Michael Farris and the Convention of States Team on August 28th to hear a great debate and have your questions answered.
