Attached please find the suggested agenda for the next meeting of the Records Subcommittee of the FOIA Council. As a reminder, the meeting will be at 1:30 PM Monday, August 25, 2014 in the Speaker's Conference Room, Sixth Floor, General Assembly Building, 201 N. 9th Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219. The Records Subcommittee consists of Council members Tavenner (Chair), Ashby (VIce-Chair), Hamlett, Jones, and Oksman. This will be the third meeting of each subcommittee as they continue the three-year study of FOIA directed by House Joint Resolution No. 96.
Additionally, the Meetings Subcommittee met today and scheduled its next meeting to be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 16, 2014 (location to be determined). The full FOIA Council will meet that same day at 1:30 PM in House Room C.
