Cuccinelli campaign

I wanted to forward the following information for anyone wanting to help out in Chesterfield with the Cuccinelli campaign. I am Krista Carter and I am the Chesterfield/ Southern Virginia Regional Field Director for the Ken Cuccinelli for Governor campaign and the Victory 2013 program. I have spoken with most of you on the phone and/or through email, but again, I would like to touch base with everyone and let you know that the Victory office is open and we are in great need of volunteers. The office is located at 9602 Iron Bridge Road, Suite 103 in Chesterfield. I am here Monday-Saturday 9 am-9 pm and Sunday 1 pm-7 pm. Usually by myself, making phone calls and knocking on doors. This makes a long day, even longer. The volunteer opportunities that are available are phone banking and door knocking with a very short 4 question poll. I know that neither of these are any one's favorite hobby but it is part of campaigning and the most effective way to reach the voters. It seems that November is far away but it will be here before you know it. We are looking at a very tight race here in the Commonwealth and all eyes are on Virginia this year. We are setting the stage for the direction of the 2014 Midterm elections. For the more out of the way regions in my area, I would like to work with you to set up a night once a week, twice a month, or whenever, where I can travel to your area and bring call sheets/cell phones to start a scheduled phone bank at your local GOP office or a supporter's home. Also, if there are any monthly meetings, community events, GOP events/fundraisers, etc. that you would like for the campaign or Victory Center to attend, please let me know. I am not from Virginia and I am just starting to learn how to get to work without a GPS, so I would be very grateful and appreciative of any help that you could give me in trying to recruit volunteers in order to elect a Republican ticket this November.
