WHY REGIONALISM IS BAD:
http://sustainablefreedomlab.org/regionalization/

We were so effective stopping the draft state plan and pointing out the perils of regionalization to our planners last year that Together North Jersey has organized against us. They are well-funded and they've created a marketing plan, as well as hired professionals to counteract our effective grassroots campaign to expose the truth. Here's their latest propaganda and disinformation:
http://www.northjerseypublicpolicy.org/uploads/Agenda21ControversyToolkitFinal2.pdf

Check out the attached professionally produced slick marketing material, one for each county.

They are organizing in each county. This is the post-election OFA model: go at the local governments. Sound familiar? We were effective at this level last year. This is an attempt to flank us.

A couple of people are working on a line-by-line refutation of the "Agenda 21 Controversy" document. If you'd like to help with that, let me know. However, let's not stop at that. Use the document in the section below describing nonviolent protest to counteraction every meeting of these people. Have a presence there. Even if that presence is outside. For example: Hold a mock press conference and tell the truth in your press conference to any media or passersby. Hold a mock funeral for the Constitution. Distribute alternate flyers and leaflets that tell the truth. Attend and record the meetings. Go undercover, infiltrate.

Together North Jersey is what the 2035 Regional Transportation plan morphed into.  Once they got the HUD Grant their objectives changed from transportation to social engineering.  They have created lists of goals and objectives which they will present to the public next month.  Below is the schedule of workshops.  I have attached the workshop announcements for each location. Note that most of your locations are not represented, but should be (Morris County, Bergen County, Monmouth County, Sussex County, Warren County, Ocean County, Bergen County).

These are similar to the public input sessions that were conducted for the State Plan.  The announcements are being distributed through members of TNJ, the vast majority of which are not on our side.  It would be great if we could get our members to attend one or more of these sessions to at least give our perspective.

DELPHI SESSIONS: WE MUST ATTEND EACH ONE

Tell us what is IMPORTANT to YOU!

Join the discussion about "Where are we now?" and "Where are we headed?"

These workshops give YOU the opportunity to help shape the future of North Jersey.  By sharing YOUR ideas about planning for the future, we will be able to build stronger communities and economies, with better access to transportation, housing jobs, education, culture, and recreational opportunities.

Upcoming workshops:

*More dates coming soon!

Workshop format:

All workshops will begin at 6:00pm

Save this document and send to every member of your group. Then start doing them. They work!

Also, more on community organizing the Alinsky way. Read this, share it, use it against progressives and their organizations. It also works!

Horrifying: Precursor to Agenda 21 goal of depopulation; reduce the numbers of sick and weak that require health care (remember the 0bamacare death panels that the progressives said did not exist?)
This will do it.

China Orders Restrictions on US Home Purchases

We knew it was only a matter of time before they wanted to protect the value of their investment. How great it feels to be working for the ChiComs. Not.

Agenda 21 goal: Get you out of your car. This will do it for NJ. Cars subject to this tax are exempt from the state motor fuel tax -- at least until the legislature decides to rescind the exemption. Might as well leave the state if this passes -- actually, before it passes. Last person in NJ please turn off the light. Or leave it on for Whelan to turn off.

Hi Everyone:
Please join members and friends of Liberty and Prosperity for an informational picket line outside of NJ Senator Jim Whelan's office tomorrow Monday March 4that 10:30 AM to tell him we are tired of their constant schemes to raise more money for the State.
Senator Whelan has proposed to start charging a fee for every mile you drive. This will cause more companies and families to leave this state. The State government bankrupts the Transportation Trust Fund and we have to fill it back up. We are over 282.5 billion dollars not including the recent 750 million dollar college building fund, how many more schemes will these folks come up with.
We must stop this bill!
Come out for 1 hour from 10:30 AM to 11:30 at 511 Tilton Road Northfield and join your fellow patriots fighting this bill and send a clear message to the senator.
Thanks

4. This act shall take effect on the first day of the 18th month after the date of enactment.
STATEMENT
This bill imposes a fee on passenger vehicles registered and titled in the State of New Jersey on the miles traveled by those vehicles. The fee is set at 0.83906 cents per mile traveled and is to be administered by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC). The MVC will calculate the fee owed by each vehicle owner through odometer readings. The first and last odometer reading for each vehicle will be recorded by the MVC from the vehicle title at the time that the vehicle is purchased or sold. Subsequent readings will be self-reported by vehicle owners, with verification of those self-reported readings taking place each time a vehicle is inspected or upon an audit by the MVC if it suspects fraudulently reported odometer readings. If an odometer reading is found to be fraudulently reported, a vehicle owner will be subject to a fine, payment of fees owed, and late payment penalties as determined by the chief administrator. A vehicle owner that does not report for the odometer audit in a timely fashion shall also be subject to a fine. All funds collected through this fee shall be deposited into the Transportation Trust Fund Account.
This bill also exempts a vehicle subject to the vehicle miles traveled fee from the State motor fuels tax. Each vehicle in the program is required to have a sticker on its license plate indicating that it is subject to the fee and is not to be charged any motor fuels taxes by a gas station. Any gas purchased that is not for use in the vehicle is still subject to the motor fuels tax. Gas stations are permitted to apply for a refund of any motor fuels taxes paid on the sales of motor fuels to exempt vehicles. The bill is scheduled to take effect 18 months after the date of enactment.
