This means votes will now be transferred to a central server overseas in Spain, where they will be counted, rather than being counted at the local precinct level. Over 900 jurisdictions in 26 states across the United States, including 14 state-wide customers, currently use SOE Software solutions in their electoral processes.
Who in the Congress / Senate authorized a global software company owned by a Spanish Socialist to be put in charge of counting our votes ? Why is a company based in Spain who counts votes in Athens Greece now teaming up with the Commonwealth of Virginia to count the overseas ballots of our military members. ?
