Robert -- The time has come.  The Rules Committee of the Virginia House of Delegates will be the FIRST committee to hear a Convention of States Project resolution during 2015!  They will hear testimony and vote on HJ497 tomorrow in a special hearing immediately following session.   I hope and pray that many of you will join me at the Capitol tomorrow to participate in our Rally for the Republic with Michael Farris and attend the hearing in person.  But whether or not you are able to attend in person, we need your help to make sure that this crucial, historic vote takes us one step closer to restoring our self-governance.
