It has come to my attention that there were some clerical errors in the agenda sent out yesterday for the FOIA Council meeting to be held May 23, 2012 in House Room 1 of the State Capitol Building. A corrected agenda is attached. Please note that in item number 3, subdivision 3, Delegate Dudenhefer's bill referred to the FOIA Council is HB 1149, not HB 149 as was originally listed.
