HB389 creates education savings accounts for students allowing them to escape failing schools. This bill empowers parents to control their children’s education. And it gets freedom working in Virginia’s schools again. Robert, no student’s future should be jeopardized just so the teachers’ unions can keep their power. It’s wrong, and now you can stop it. Send a message to your state representative right this second and tell them to support HB389.
