It has come to my attention that there was an error in the agenda for the Records Subcommittee that was sent out yesterday. A corrected agenda is attached. The error was language carried over from the May meeting agenda; please note that the working papers exemption will be a topic of discussion at the June 18, 2015 Subcommittee meeting, as the FOIA Council has referred two bills concerning that exemption to the Subcommittee for study..
