June 26, 2012 Dear Friends, The Supreme Court is expected to issue a decision in the healthcare case on Thursday at 10:00AM.  This is likely to be one of the most critical decisions issued by the Supreme Court in many years.  When the Supreme Court heard the healthcare case back in March of this year, I provided analysis of how those proceedings went.  The oral arguments in the Supreme Court took three days, you can see my recap of day one here, day two here, and day three here.  Enjoy!
