June 23, 2012 Dear Friends, We are just days away from a decision in the healthcare case and our June 30th fundraising deadline! As Virginia's Attorney General, I have done everything in my power to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and of Virginia.  I have worked tirelessly to safeguard liberty and push back against those who seek to take it away from us. As you remember, I took the initiative to ensure that Virginia was the first to take action against the Affordable Care Act just hours after Barack Obama signed it into effect. After everything I've done as Virginia's Attorney General the last thing the Obama Democrats want is for me to become the next Governor of Virginia.
