"Red Flag" Repeal Legislation Passed out of Committee

This is the first step to getting this "red flag" law repealed and we must continue to stay vigilant by reaching out to our representatives. The measure now heads to the House Floor for a full vote.  Please contact your Delegate and ask them to SUPPORT House Bill 509.
