House Bill 306 PASSED in the committee on Tuesday BUT the fight is JUST beginning.
HB 306 will be going to the House Floor for a vote. HB 306 provides a religious exemption from a potential State Health Commissioner vaccine mandate.
The State Health Commissioner currently has the power to mandate a vaccine on every single man, woman and child in the Commonwealth of Virginia any time government bureaucrats declare a public health emergency!
Please contact your Virginia Delegate and urge them to vote for this bill ASAP.
