Please contact the committee members TODAY and ask them to please OPPOSE election encroachments from Richmond and VOTE NO to HB 1883.

HEALTH:
SB 1338 (support - remote patient monitoring) has been given to a work study group, meaning it is Dead for this session.

GOOD GOVERNANCE:
HJ 513 (support - limit to executive powers) no motion was made in Subcommittee yesterday, meaning the amendment is basically Dead. Technically, the Privileges and Elections Committee can pull it up in their meeting tomorrow, if they choose. We do not expect that to happen.

SECOND AMENDMENT:
HB 1992 (firearms purchasing following conviction for assault and battery of a family member) has passed the House with a 54-Y to 46-N vote and is expected to be in the Senate by Crossover.
