Good Morning Rob,
So you don't have to reinvent the wheel - here's a copy of the original
that's on the website and the other one is where I went in and made some
changes for stuff that I knew needed to be updated. I know we talked about
not putting the officers names on the last page but I didn't take that off
yet. Bob's address is on there because that's where all the applications
for membership and checks are sent to. Since you're the committee, I'll let
you decide what's best to leave on there.
