As a reminder, Subcommittee 3 of the Energy Commission of Virginia will meet on this coming Monday, September 21, 2026, starting at 2:00 p.m. in Richmond, Virginia. Subcommittee 3 focuses on "Virginia and The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI)." Please join us in Senate Room B at the General Assembly Building.
