Hello Friend,

It has been an honor serving you in the General Assembly as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates. As your representative, my team and I have solved many problems for our constituents, been awarded a Legislator of the Year Award, and much more.

It really is amazing what we can achieve when we respect one another, put our differences aside, and work as a team. Thanks to our incredible team, my name has recently been entered in for a Policy Maker of the Year Award. More on that later.

We are looking forward to continuing serving you in the State Senate in the upcoming session starting Wednesday. Governor Youngkin and fellow legislators are working hard to make Virginia the best place to live, work, and raise a family.

Here is some of what is on my mind and what we have been up to:

Getting Ready for Session

Fellow Senators and I are getting ready for session. Will Democrats work with fellow Republicans to give Virginians tax relief?

Fact Finding Mission Southern Border

I served in every country in South and Central America doing counter drug missions and more as a Navy SEAL. A few days ago, I visited our Southern Border for a fact finding mission. The magnitude of the chaos at our Southern border is tough to fathom. This insanity is being allowed by the White House on purpose. Since August, there are officially more illegal immigrants arriving each month than there are children being born to American mothers. Minor children and drugs are being trafficked by the Cartels. Our country has been invaded by 10 plus million illegal immigrants since Biden was elected, because of his anti-American open border policies.

These dangerous policies are impacting us in the Commonwealth and across our country. This General Assembly session we will address these challenges. The fentanyl crisis is Chinese chemical warfare. These drugs are produced in China and coming across our Southern Border and poisoning or killing the American people. I re-submitted my bill to charge drug dealers with felony homicide when one of their victims dies. Human trafficking is modern day slavery and is at an all-time high. I have re-submitted my bill to stiffen felony penalties for those who participate in trafficking humans and especially children.

I will continue to do everything I can to put the American people first and keep you safe at the local, state, and federal level. We need Trump back in the White House and we need to stop the flow of illegal immigrants with Trump's Remain in Mexico Policy.

Bob Good Hates Trump

My "Never Trumper" opponent Bob Good continues to change his comments about Trump because Bob is out for Bob. Click here for the John Frederick's Virginia Star story.

Bob Good must hate Trump to endorse Trump's opponent, Ron DeSantis, less than a year after Bob received a Trump endorsement, the day Trump received a ridiculous indictment, and before DeSantis entered the race for president.

Bob accepted millions of dollars from Speaker Kevin McCarthy and then he betrayed McCarthy less than a year later. Bob begged Trump for an endorsement and he betrayed Trump less than a year later. Several sources say Bob is now about to betray DeSantis, less than a year later. Why? To save his own hide. This a pattern folks. Bob is out for Bob.

After saying he would not criticize Trump publicly or privately, a video came out in Politico of Bob doing just that. Good unbelievably says Trump is not pro-life, not pro-gun, and not conservative. Click here and ask yourself what else is Bob not telling you the truth about. We can do better than Good.

Batteries Recharged

Tracy and I had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas and New Year's. We are blessed have had most of our children home. We hope you had a wonderful time with your family and are fired up and ready to take on 2024!

Thank You for the Prayers

I stopped by to check on my Dad (age 82), as he is doing much better after spending a week in the hospital over New Years. Thank you for all the prayers!

FYI

I'm running for Congress because the enemy isn't at the gate -- the enemy is THROUGH the gate and in our communities. Open borders, fentanyl, lawlessness, out of control spending, and more. Our country is in big trouble. I am running to represent the people of the 5th Congressional District because I am a conservative with a record of building teams to solve problems. We can do better than Good.
