Please join me for a town hall meeting tonight at 7 p.m. to show that Prince William County is united in our opposition to tolling inside the beltway, which could cost commuters $17 per day with no added lanes to I-66. I'm pleased to have Supervisor Peter Candland, Supervisor Jeanine Lawson, Delegate Tim Hugo, Delegate Bob Marshall, Senator Dick Black, and the I-66 Alliance joining me for this important meeting. It will be held at Battlefield High School, 15000 Graduation Drive, Haymarket, VA 20169. Last week the Prince William Board of County Supervisors voted unanimously to oppose the repeal of the Clean Fuel Vehicle program, the conversion of HOV-2 to HOV-3, and the tax on commuters by opposing the proposed I-66 toll inside the beltway. I hope you'll join us to show your support for the resolution to stop the proposed I-66 tolls inside the beltway. Thank you for your continued support. |
