| Robert, On Saturday, August 17th at 6 pm, I will be hosting a community chat town hall meeting in Williamsburg. It's no secret that the stakes are higher than ever for Virginia, and on November 5th, Virginians will face a stark choice about the future of our Commonwealth. I've spent most of my life working to improve the lives of every Virginian and I want to represent everyone as our next Governor. In order to do that, I need your feedback and opinions at every step of the way. I have spent a lifetime putting Virginia first, and if elected Governor, it will be no different. I have a record of standing up to Government intrusion and fighting for the most vulnerable in our society. My core focus as our next Governor will be to grow the economy, create jobs, ease the burdens for hard working middle-class families, and to stand strong for our Virginia values. To accomplish these goals, we need to get the government out of the way so the private sector can thrive. Over the next few weeks and months, I will continue to travel across Virginia, host community chats and roundtables, participate in debates and meet members of our community.
