The Commission on Electric Utility Regulation (CEUR) Subcommittee 4 will be holding a virtual public meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025, starting at 12:00 p.m. ET. The meeting will be conducted via a Zoom webinar, and the link for attendance can be found on the last page of the attached agenda document.
The meeting will focus on data center load flexibility, demand response and energy innovation, and is chaired by Senator Scott Surovell. Public comments will be accepted and will be limited to 2 minutes per person, though video is required. Slides and supplemental materials for all CEUR meetings are posted to the CEUR-DLS website: Commission on Electric Utility Regulation.
