FOIA Council meeting April 22 - room changed to HR D

Due to a scheduling conflict, the room for the FOIA Council meeting to be held at 1:30 PM on April 22, 2014 has been changed to House Room D of the General Assembly Building, 201 N. 9th Street, Richmond, Virginia  23219.  A corrected agenda reflecting this change is attached.
