As the next fundraising deadline looms, I’m going to cut to the chase and keep this short. I need your help today to ensure I have the resources in the coming months to push back against the attacks coming from my opponent and other liberal groups across the Commonwealth. They are determined to take back control of the Senate and advance Terry McAuliffe’s (and Hilary Clinton’s) out-of-touch agenda in 2016.
My opponent—a self-described full-time climate change activist—and her friends in Richmond only care about one thing: confusing voters by making baseless attacks to distract them from my record of success in the General Assembly. I have led the legislative fight for property rights, voter ID, charter schools and strengthening our laws against human trafficking. I am confident that voters in the 26th District want commonsense solutions to the problems we currently face rather than heightened partisanship and mud-slinging campaigns.
