This is a friendly reminder that the next meeting of the King George Tea Party will occur this Thursday, 13 June, at 7:00PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church. This month, the meeting will be in the main sanctuary as there is a conflicting event at our normal meeting location.
In addition to alloting time for some of those running in the upcoming primary election for the US Senate to make their case, we will have Liz Dicksinson as our guest speaker. Liz will be speaking on the topic of "Building a Political Machine that Wins Elections". It should be a lively topic, especially since we are currently in a critical election year.
Speaking of elections, primaries in Virginia are 18 June. Please be an educated voter yourself, and bring a friend. If you have an interest in spending time at the polls, or supporting campaigns, especially leading up to the November elections, please reach out to Karen and she would be happy to assist.
