We need to vote in every single election. Every. Single. One.

We have to be our own heroes by voting in every single election we can vote in -- Every. Single. One.

Pledge to vote tomorrow, Election Day, and in every Election Day to come!

Dear Rob,

VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! Yes, that’s us cheering you on to vote! :) Tomorrow is Election Day and your vote is important, necessary, and powerful.

Your vote is important. In these unsettling times, we have to be our own heroes —and heroes for our families and others — by paying attention and voting in every single election we can vote in. Every. Single. One.

This means voting in state and local elections as well, and not just the big ones. It’s the only way we can get the elected leaders we need to represent us at every level of government, from the local level all the way up to the White House.

Tomorrow, November 7, is Election Day. Whether or not you have a local election tomorrow, the 2018 elections are coming soon. Please sign our Pledge to Vote! We’re making a powerful map of voters, and we want you to add your mark.

Is there an election tomorrow for your town council, education board or state house? If so, you really don’t want to miss it.

The candidates who run for local or state seats are our PTA presidents and other community leaders. They are our friends and neighbors. The winners will help keep our roads clear, our water running, our schools open, our communities safe, and so much more. And today’s state delegate could well be our Member of Congress tomorrow.

That’s why it’s important to vote in every election, not just the big ones. It’s the only way to make sure we get the elected leaders we need to represent us from the local level all the way up to the U.S. Congress and the White House.

Pledge to vote tomorrow, Election Day, and in every Election Day to come!

Off-year elections typically have very low turnout. And state and local elections can be won or lost by fewer than 20 votes. So your vote packs power. On Election Day this year, the first after last November, we really do have a chance to be a hero -- a single vote really could make a huge difference!

And the more of us who pledge to vote, the bigger the impact we’ll have together. We have already heard from some well-known moms from around the country about why they vote:

“I vote because people have fought and died for the privilege. Because I have a personal interest in the lives of my community and nation, and because what politicians legislate affects my daughter’s future and well-being.”- Emily Saliers from the Indigo Girls

“Historically, moms haven’t always had the right to vote. We can’t take this right for granted!”- Arianna Huffington, Editor-in-Chief of the Huffington Post

“There is too much at stake for women and families in this election to just sit on the sidelines”- Alisa Valdes, New York Times best-selling author

Pledge to vote on November 7, and on every Election Day to come.

This Election Day, we must focus on electing leaders at home, to begin building the representation we need that starts at the local level all the way up to the White House.

Together we can make a difference on Election Day!
