Dear Friends, Today Virginia argued its healthcare case in front of a three-judge panel at the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. What a day! Our case was heard immediately following Liberty University's Healthcare Case (the court didn't even recess in between the two cases) and he gave both sides 20 minutes to outline their arguments. Just like what happened at the District Court level last fall, we're not sure how long it will take to get a decision. Typically, however, we'd expect to hear back within the next 1-2 months. We'll let you know when we know! This evening I am scheduled to appear on a few news programs - I hope you'll take the time to tune in! I'll be on CNN's "In The Arena" on the 8PM hour as well as on Greta during the 10PM hour. If you watch Fox Business I will be on with Neil Cavuto on the 6PM hour as well. I hope you can tune in for some initial analysis & thoughts on how the case went today. Also, I'll be sending out a Compass soon with my thoughts on how the case went today, and what we have to look forward to down the road! If you'd like to listen to the audio of the case - you can listen by clicking here. Sincerely, Ken Cuccinelli, II Attorney General of Virginia
